City of Canterbury Bankstown Council – Birrong NSW is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor in Leisure & Aquatic Operations to lead in office at Birrong Leisure and Aquatic Centre. You will supervise staff, coordinate daily operations, ensure secure, welcoming experiences and maintain high service standards in a busy community facility.
The role requires two Duty Manager shifts per week, robust knowledge of pool operations and WHS, plus excellent communication and reporting skills.
