The Role

We are seeking a Full Time Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. This is your chance to foster a career in hospitality within reputable hotel and be part of a hardworking and innovative team.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills
Experience in hospitality or similar background
Ability to work professionally under pressure
Passion for providing every guest with a positive experience




Ability to communicate effectively using appropriate language and communication skills in the areas of guest contact, employee relations, and complaint handling
Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster
Be a team player
Consistent pride in their grooming and presentation
Knowledge of Opera PMS is desirable
