The Role
This is a position for a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to report directly to a people focused business leader who cares about their staff. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:
Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approximately 160 properties
NO Routines, No Trust accounting!
Focus on building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
Work for a family friendly business that genuinely cares about their staff

The ideal Property Manager:
Minimum 2 years experience managing a residential portfolio
A current Certificate of Registration
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Great presentation skills
Be a motivated self-starter
