About the role

The successful applicant will be working within our Property Management Team and will demonstrate:
A qualified manner and integrity to reflect our reputation and ethics
A skilled appearance
Proven experience in a client-focused role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Ability to be a team player

In this role you will:




Work within the Property Management Team in managing their portfolios
Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and trade suppliers
Action repairs and maintenance issues
Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections
Conduct lease preparations
Conduct regular rent and lease reviews

A current Driver's Licence is essential and experience in Property Management with a current Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence is a definite advantage. Training and career developmentwill be provided for those with a driven desire for a rewarding career as part of our Property Management Team.
