Key Responsibilities
Develop current B2B customer opportunities and manage existing accounts.
Prepare proposals, quotes and offer product recommendations.
Manage sales opportunities through to close.
Conduct customer visits and showroom appointments.
Assist with customer escalations and uniform decoration enquiries.
Maintain customer information in NetSuite and Zendesk.

Skill & Experience
Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management or a similar customer-facing role.
Experience preparing quotations and proposals.
Robust communication, relationship management and organisational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple customer opportunities.
Experience with CRM/ERP systems is advantageous.
