Bison Project Group is a growing Melbourne business operating across demolition, asbestos removal, waste management and recycling. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Estimator to join our team.

The RoleThis is a hands-on estimating and sales role. You’ll manage enquiries from initial contact through to quotation and follow-up, helping convert opportunities into secured work.

You’ll be responsible for
Responding to new sales enquiries
Attending sites and assessing demolition requirements
Preparing accurate, competitive quotations
Following up quotes and converting opportunities
Building relationships with builders, developers and clients
Maintaining leads and prospects in our CRM
Working closely with operations to ensure quoted works can be delivered effectively

About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
Confident dealing with customers




Commercially minded and comfortable with numbers
Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities
Proactive with quote follow-up and sales
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Experience in demolition, construction, earthmoving, waste or a similar industry is highly regarded, but not essential. What We Offer
