The Opportunity
Our client is entering the Australian market with an ambitious vision to transform the way residential developments are delivered through premium modular construction.
Working directly with developers and builders, the business will deliver high quality modular housing solutions that significantly reduce construction programmes while maintaining exceptional build quality.
As the inaugural Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing the commercial strategy, securing key projects and establishing long term partnerships with some of Australia's largest residential builders and developers. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the national sales strategy.
Secure major residential development opportunities.
Build long term relationships with developers, builders, investors and consultants.
Lead,
mentor and grow the sales team as the business expands.
Identify recent market opportunities and drive business growth.
Work closely with manufacturing and operational teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Represent the business across industry events and key stakeholder networks.
About You You are a proven Sales leader with an exceptional reputation within the residential construction industry.
