This position has been created due to continued business growth and increasing demand, allowing you to build and scale your own portfolio over time.

- Build and grow the portfolio through recent business opportunities - Maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants - Conduct routine, entry, and exit inspections with detailed reporting - Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with trades - Manage arrears, rent reviews, and lease renewals Leasing support provided — allowing you to focus on portfolio management and growth.

About

You - Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management - Confident managing a portfolio end-to-end - Solid communication and relationship-building skills - Motivated to grow a portfolio and generate new business - Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
