The Role:

The Sales Associatehas a fast paced role supporting our senior agent, with solid market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, high quality customer service, and a track record of success. Just bring a hunger to succeed and a willingness to learn.

Day to day responsibilities will include:




Prospecting and generating leads
Database management
Diary management/organise appointments
Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties
Attending meetings with photographers and consultants
Liaise with vendors and buyers
Conduct open homes and buyer inspections
Participate in sales meetings and training

To be successful you will:
Hold a current Real Estate Assistant Agent Certificate or License
Hold a current driver's license & your own car
Be immaculately presented and well groomed
Have excellent communication skills
Possess a strong work ethic
Be hungry to start a rewarding career
