Advanced Landscaping & Design is looking for a reliable and hardworking Landscape Labourer / Offsider to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with the prospect to secure a permanent contract following the successful completion of a three-month probation period.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
About the Role
As a Landscape Labourer / Offsider, you will work alongside experienced landscapers and team leaders, assisting with a variety of landscaping projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is keen to develop their skills within the landscaping industry.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with landscape construction and maintenance projects.
Support the team with hard and soft landscaping tasks, including paving, fencing, retaining walls, turf installation, planting, mulching, and site preparation.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as required.
Maintain a clean and organised worksite.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
About You
Previous landscaping, construction, labouring, or outdoor work experience (preferred but not essential).
A solid work ethic and willingness to learn.
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour.
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
A current and valid driver's licence (preferred).
A White Card (or willingness to obtain one).
