Your Current Role: We’re seeking a highly proactive Program Analyst to support a diverse portfolio of complex, large-scale and high-profile projects. In this central role, you will bring together data from across the portfolio, turning it into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making for senior stakeholders and steering committees.

You will
Consolidate data to deliver a clear, integrated view of portfolio performance
Produce high-quality management reports and presentations
Support governance processes, ensuring compliance with established frameworks and regulatory requirements
Build strong relationships with project stakeholders to gather insights, understand challenges, and close information gaps
Analyse data to identify emerging risks and pressure points, and translating findings into practical recommendations
Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor costs, refine plans, and ensure alignment with overall strategy





Your Background:
Degree qualifications in Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline
Demonstrated experience in a similar position supporting successful delivery of projects or programs within a complex environment
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted working relationships across diverse teams
Highly proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
