Swimart Mosman Pool & Spa Services are looking for an organised experienced pool cleaner or an organised person willing to learn. You must be a team player with excellent people skills.

You will be supplied a late model company vehicle & paid above award wages. You must be physically fit & able to lift a minimum of 20kg.

The successful candidate will
Be able to work autonomously without supervision but also be able to work in a team environment as required
Complete 8 pool cleans per day
Have excellent communication skills including strong written and spoken English
Be well presented, polite and professional in dealings with customers
Take pride in their work
Have a passion to learn and grow their knowledge

Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning of swimming pools and spas in both residential and commercial settings
Water testing and adding of chemicals
Preparation of service reports via infield app
Perform basic marketing activities while in field
Organise and list stock as required in the van
Observe and report pool equipment issues




Punctuality and timekeeping essential
Preform chlorinator cell cleans
Pool pump servicing

Candidates should have
A current driver’s license with a good driving record
Experience in onsite swimming pool service/maintenance
Previous experience with pool pumps and other pool equipment
Great customer service skills and an ability to work in a team
Previous experience, in pool cleaning is an advantage but not essential as we are prepared to offer training to successful candidate
Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised
Enjoy the outdoors and engaging with customers
25 age of years preferred
