Commercial Maintenance Plumber – Gas, Water & Sewer

Position: Full-Time Commercial Maintenance Plumber

Location: Sydney / NSW

Employment: Full-time, with overtime and on-call prospects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified plumber to join our commercial maintenance team. The role involves reactive and planned maintenance across commercial properties, with responsibility for water, gas, sewer, drainage and hydraulic systems.

Key responsibilities
Carry out commercial plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance.
Diagnose and repair hot and cold water systems.
Maintain and repair gas services and appliances.
Carry out sewer, drainage and stormwaterrepairs and maintenance.
Explicit blocked drains and sewer lines.
Repair and replace pumps, valves, fixtures, pipework and plumbing equipment.
Respond to emergency and reactive maintenance requests.
Complete scheduled maintenance and minor plumbing projects.
Maintain compliance with Australian plumbing, gas and workplace safety requirements.
Complete service reports, job documentation and compliance records.
Work independently and communicate professionally with clients, facilities managers and other trades.

Requirements
Australian-recognised plumbing qualification.
Current NSW plumbing licence.




Appropriate gas-fitting licence/authorisation where required.
Commercial maintenance experience preferred.
Solid knowledge of water, sewer, drainage and gas systems.
Current driver's licence.
Ability to work overtime and participate in an on-call roster if required.
