PB11 Barber Lounge is a premier, high-volume grooming hub located in Truganina. We are seeking a qualified Hairdresser to join our growing team. This position blends premium hairdressing techniques with up-to-date barbering. If you have a great attitude, excellent customer rapport, and a sharp eye for detail, you will fit right in with our team to deliver top-tier services in a quick-paced commercial setting.

Key responsibilities
Sit down with every client, chat about what they're looking for, and give solid advice on the best style and products for their hair
Cut men's hair using scissors, clippers, and razors to deliver classic cuts, sharp skin fades and tapers
Handle hot towels, shaves, and beard trims, ensuring everything is shaped up perfectly and kept totally clean and hygienic
Mix and apply colors, bleaches, or texturizers whenever a client wants to change up their look or try a new style
Wash hair, condition scalps,



and give clients a relaxing head massage before they get into the chair
Help clients style their hair, whether that means molding it into place, braiding it, or working with different textures
Ensure the chair, tools, and clippers are always spotless and sanitized before the next person sits down
Help out at the front desk by booking appointments, welcoming clients as they walk through the door, and handling the till

About you
Must hold a formal Diploma in Hairdressing
Relevant, hands-on shop experience in a high-volume hair salon or barbershop environment
Strong proficiency in advanced hair design, precise scissor work, and clean clipper techniques
Exceptional customer service skills with a natural ability to build rapport with local clients
