Olas Beach House is looking for an experienced Chef to join our kitchen team full time (5 days per week) at our stunning beachfront venue in Alexandra Headland.

We're passionate about fresh, quality food and delivering memorable dining experiences in a relaxed coastal setting. If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in producing consistently outstanding breakfasts, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As an Olas Chef, you'll work alongside our Head Chef to deliver exceptional lunch and dinner service, preparing every dish to a high standard while maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen.

Your Responsibilities
Maintaining high food quality and presentation
Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
Assisting with stock control and kitchen preparation




Working efficiently during busy breakfast services
Supporting the wider kitchen team when required

What We're Looking For
Qualified Chef (Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent)
Previous experience in a busy café or restaurant
Ability to work independently and stay organised
Passion for fresh, quality food
Reliable, punctual and qualified
Available to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster
