Parts Manager – Salisbury 6 Months Fixed Term Contract – Possible Permanent Role Available – Basic Salary - £35,000 – OTE - £40,000 – Outstanding Perks Package Our client, a busy franchised car dealership, in Salisbury has the requirement for an experienced Parts Manager to join the established Aftersales team.

Responsibilities - Direct control of the operation of this busy parts department including Retail, Workshop and Trade.
Responsible for the purchase, return and management of stock.
Carrying out accurate stock checks.
Delivering the department's budgetary objectives.
Monitor, manage and achieve manufacturer parts sales targets.
Have an excellent understanding of management accounts and associated KPI’s.

Strive to deliver the very best service to your internal and external customers. Experience, Skills & Qualifications Essential Requirements - Minimum of 12 months Parts Manager or Parts Supervisor experience.

Requirements - Franchised Dealership Experience.

Full UK Driving Licence. Remuneration & Benefits - Salary of £35,000.
On Target Earnings of £40,000 (uncapped).
