About the role

Momentum OT is seeking experienced Occupational Therapists to provide assessment and/or ongoing therapy services. These are work from home and mobile positions, with telehealth delivery considered under certain circumstances.

Key responsibilities
Provide NDIS assessment and/or ongoing therapy services
Deliver services in SW Sydney, Southern Sydney, Hunter Valley, or Illawarra (or other locations by discussion)
Conduct NDIS Complex Modification Assessments (for eligible candidates)
Work autonomously and flexibly while maintaining connection with the team

About you
Experienced OT with 5+ years experience
Current AHPRA registration
Australian citizenship or permanent residency
NDIS OT experience
