About The Role As Lifestyle Team Leader, you will lead engaging activities and programs that bring connection, purpose, enjoyment and companionship to our residents.

You Will
Lead creative and meaningful lifestyle activities
Build genuine relationships with residents and families
Support individual interests, culture, abilities and choices
Develop activities that encourage social connection and participation




Work closely with our care and clinical teams
Help create a warm, inclusive workplace where residents feel valued

About You We are looking for someone who is creative, caring, energetic and organised, with a genuine passion for improving the lives of older people. Ideally, You Will Have
Natural leadership capability and excellent people skills
Relevant qualifications in Lifestyle, Leisure & Health, Individual Support or Allied Health
Experience in residential aged care
Knowledge of person-centred care and the Aged Care Quality Standards
Solid communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude and the ability to bring new ideas to life

You will also need a current Police Check and valid working rights in Australia.
