Ray White Sutherland Shire has an exciting prospect for a Senior Property Manager to join our award-winning office in Sylvania.

About the role:

This is a wide-ranging role working in our contemporary, friendly office in Sylvania.
Full-time position – Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday if required.
Handling property / tenant enquiries via phone calls and emails
Conduct open for inspections, private inspections, and routine inspections if required.
Entry reports and exit/bond inspections
Process tenancy applications and conduct reference checks
Prepare lease documentation
Organise repairs and maintenance
Bill paying and owner payments will be handled by our Office Manager.
You will enjoy being part of a close-knit team
This is a busy position managing our property portfolio and reporting to the Director





We are offering an attractive salary package of $100,000 to $110,000 per year (which includes salary, car allowance and superannuation) plus bonuses.

The requirements of this role include:
Knowledge of recent Property Management software products.
On-the-job training will also be provided for our PM software products.
Must have a current Real Estate Licence (Class 1 or 2).
Current driver’s licence and own reliable car
Reliability, time efficiency and attention to detail a must
Friendly, positive attitude and outstanding customer service is required
Be well groomed with immaculate presentation
Able to work effectively and independently
