The role offers Monday–Friday, 38 hours, with training provided and a pathway to full time stability. A hands-on workshop workplace encourages practical skill development and teamwork.

Ideal candidates bring prior CNC experience, knowledge of G-code, and familiarity with CAD/SolidWorks. Forklift and driver's licenses are desirable assets.
