More About This Hands-on Role
Perform high-quality repairs including resizing, retipping, soldering, polishing, and stone tightening




Use appropriate assembly and soldering techniques (binding/clamping/assessing caratage)
Uphold brand integrity through meticulous quality control
Maintain efficient workflow while meeting quality and productivity standards
Collaborate with workshop management, admin, and retail teams to ensure timely service delivery
Maintain security and accurate processing of stock and repair packets
Support the team towards completing all work in accordance with company standards

What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar jeweller’s role
Trade certification in jewellery or related field
Exposure to end-to-end jewellery making
Strong knowledge of metals, gemstones, and repair techniques
High attention to detail and pride in your craftsmanship
A team-focused attitude and robust communication skills
