Overview Love teaching and building volunteer confidence? Train and mentor pilots, assess skills, support protected riding, and help volunteers feel capable, prepared, and supported at CWAGC. Role Train, assess, and mentor pilots to ensure they ride safely and confidently. Deliver inductions and skills sessions, support volunteers with transparent guidance, maintain training records, and liaise with coordinators.

Skills - Strong teaching ability - Secure trishaw operation - Good judgement - Reliability - Problem‑solving - Confident communication Availability Approximately 8 hours per month – days and times will be discussed. Age Requirements 18–70 years old.
Qualifications Education, training, mentoring, and coaching experience (including sports).
