Sweet Central is looking for a reliable, energetic and friendly team member to join our growing dessert business in Upper Mount Gravatt.

Position: Dessert & Customer Service Team Member

Hours & Availability
Approximately 35 hours per week
Must be 18 years or older
Must be available between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and serving desserts, açaí and other menu items
Taking customer orders and processing payments
Providing friendly and productive customer service
Maintaining a clean and organised work workplace
Restocking ingredients and supplies
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Working efficiently during busy periods

Reliable and punctual




Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers
Able to work well in a fast-paced workplace
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good attention to cleanliness and presentation
Hospitality or customer service experience is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided

We’re looking for someone who wants consistent hours and can become a reliable part of the Sweet Central team. Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
