Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and motivate a small garden maintenance team
Deliver exceptional horticultural care across premium residential properties
Maintain gardens through pruning, planting, mulching, fertilising and lawn care
Diagnose and treat plant health issues, pests and diseases using best horticultural practices
Monitor and maintain irrigation systems
Ensure gardens consistently exceed client expectations




Build strong relationships with clients through professional communication and outstanding service
Operate and maintain gardening equipment safely and efficiently
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with WHS requirements and company standards

About You

Ideally you'll have:
Certificate in Horticulture (or currently working towards) or at least 2 years' experience leading a garden maintenance team
Proven experience maintaining high-end residential gardens
Excellent plant identification and horticultural knowledge
Experience diagnosing plant health, pest and disease issues
Strong leadership and people management skills
Outstanding attention to detail and pride in delivering premium results
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, reliable and self-motivated approach
Proficiency using commercial gardening equipment and tools
White Card
Current driver's licence, Police Check required
Full Australian working rights
