About the Role

Join the Qualified Services team to deliver Microsoft, cloud and infrastructure projects across customer environments. Move beyond reactive support while retaining a technical escalation role and building project ownership.

Duties
Deliver scoped infrastructure and cloud projects.
Implement migrations, deployments, upgrades and technology changes.
Plan tasks, manage timeframes and flag risks early.
Communicate with customers and document project outcomes.
Support technical escalations and share knowledge.

Skills & Experience
Broad Microsoft and infrastructure knowledge; Azure/M365 exposure.
Level 3 troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.
Hands‑on migrations, deployments,



upgrades or project delivery.
Customer communication and transparent technical documentation.
Workload ownership; scope, risk and change awareness.
