This is a strategic opportunity to manage a portfolio of significant, technically complex claims while working alongside a highly regarded team of senior professionals. You will deliver expert advice, drive claim resolution, and support major clients across the insurance market.

About You

You are a credible, market-respected Loss Adjuster with a proven track record managing major and complex claims. You bring solid industry relationships, sound judgement, and the ability to navigate complex scenarios with confidence.

Experience managing major and complex loss claims
Strong relationships with insurers, brokers, and key stakeholders
Advanced negotiation, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage complex portfolios with a commercial, client-focused approach
Commitment to ongoing career development and technical excellence

Requirements
Strong and demonstrable experience in major and complex loss adjusting
ANZIIF or AICLA qualifications (or equivalent)
Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
Valid driver’s licence
