NES Fircroft is partnering with a leading clinical research site in Brisbane to recruit a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator . This is a full-time, in office role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a real impact in advancing clinical trials.

About the role
Provide high-quality nursing care to trial participants
Perform phlebotomy, cannulation, and study procedures per protocol
Coordinate trial activities from start-up to close-out in line with GCP, TGA, and NHMRC standards
Support participant recruitment, consent, and follow-up
Maintain accurate records, manage study materials, and prepare for audits/monitoring
Act as a key liaison for patients, investigators, and sponsors

About you
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Minimum 2 years’ post-registration nursing experience




Phlebotomy and cannulation skills essential
Strong patient care, organisation, and communication skills
Able to work both independently and in a team
Previous clinical research experience an advantage (not essential)
Supportive, collaborative team setting
Exposure to diverse, industry-sponsored trials
Training and professional development provided
