About you
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Head Waiter or senior waiter
Strong experience running your own section independently
Confident taking orders and communicating with guests
Able to manage a busy section efficiently while maintaining excellent service
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional, organised and reliable
Valuable knowledge of food and restaurant service
Wine knowledge is a bonus
