Female Disability Support Worker – Casual

Location: Green Valley, NSW

Pay Rate: $40 per hour (inclusive of casual loading, excluding superannuation)

We are seeking a female Disability Support Worker in the Liverpool / Green Valley area who is young, energetic, bubbly, and patient, with a positive attitude and a passion for supporting people with disabilities and dementia.

This role focuses primarily on community access support and medication supervision for a 66-year-old male client living with dementia. Experience working with people living with dementia is required.

Key Responsibilities
Provide person-centred support to the client
Support with community access activities (outings, social engagement, appointments, etc.)
Medication supervision
Assist with daily living support when required
Encourage independence, social interaction, and engagement
Maintain transparent communication and shift notes

Requirements
Experience working with people with dementia required
Experience in disability support or similar role
Valid Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
NDIS Worker Screening Check




First Aid & CPR Certificate
Patience and a calm approach to working with people with dementia
Solid communication skills and a positive, friendly personality

What We Offer
$40 per hour casual rate (including casual loading)
Shifts Mon–Wed, 11AM–2PM
