This is a fast-paced, high-impact role where you'll be at the centre of executive operations, keeping priorities on track and supporting key business initiatives across the division.

What you'll be doing
Managing a busy executive diary and coordinating meetings
Preparing agendas, reports, presentations and correspondence
Taking minutes and tracking actions
Supporting executive reporting and internal communications
Coordinating travel and accommodation
Preparing confidential documentation
Managing records, files and document control
Providing high-level administrative support across the leadership team

What you'll bring
Experience supporting senior executives in an EA or similar role
Solid organisational and time management skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
