This role is ideal for someone who is confident with table service and beverage preparation, including mocktails, soft drinks, juices, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly and skilled table service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Prepare and serve mocktails and specialty non-alcoholic drinks
Prepare juices, soft drinks, coffee and tea
Assist with beverage preparation during busy service
Deliver food and drinks efficiently and correctly
Maintain excellent presentation and service standards
Ensure tables and service areas are clean and organised
Assist guests with menu and beverage selections
Handle customer requests and feedback professionally
Operate POS and process orders accurately
Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
Assist with opening and closing duties
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Follow Marsa recipes, beverage standards and service procedures

Pay: $26.44 – $30.00 per hour
