Our client is seeking a skilled Farm Hand to join the team on their family owned large scale cropping enterprise near Ardlethan, NSW, where they grow a variety of dryland grain crops and also make hay. If you are an experienced Farm Hand with a minimum of 2 years previous cropping experience then this could be a outstanding fresh start for you. This is a permanent, long term position for the right applicant.

Key responsibilities for the role:
Previous cropping experience is essential – ground prep, planting, spreading, spraying and all aspects of harvest and making hay
Ability to maintain accurate records such as spraying and fertiliser applications
Must be mechanically orientated and able to do repairs & preventative maintenance in both the paddock and workshop

Key Qualities for the successful applicant
Minimum 2 years previous cropping experience




Welding and fabrication experience is highly beneficial
Minimum HR Truck licence (willing to obtain HC)
Great attitude and easy to get along with personality
Self motivated and strong work ethic

A neat brick 4-bedroom home with air conditioning and a large enclosed carport is offered to the successful applicant. This home has an active garden and a large fenced yard. A work vehicle is provided. The management are very easy going employers and appreciate autonomous people that get in and do the jobs that are required. School bus to local public school is at the main road and about a 15km drive to high school bus stop. The farm is only an hours drive to Wagga Wagga,with all major amenities and services available.
