Ambrose Construct Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Escape of Liquid Decline Supervisor to join our team. Reporting to the National Make Protected Leader, you will play a key role in rapidly assessing claims, identifying potential policy exclusions, and delivering high-quality reporting to insurers to support timely claim decisions.

About the Role In this role, you will:
Identify and assess claims that may fall outside policy coverage
Conduct virtual assessments and coordinate trades to gather evidence
Prepare explicit, accurate insurer reports and causation assessments
Work closely with Claims, Make Safe, and Head Office teams to ensure timely outcomes
Maintain solid communication with customers, insurers, and internal stakeholders
Update internal and insurer systems and ensure all documentation is accurate
Drive efficient claim outcomes while delivering exceptional customer service

About You

You’ll have
Experience in insurance, claims, construction, restoration, or a related field
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
The ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment




A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of building practices, OH&S; requirements, and construction standards (preferred)
A positive, professional, and customer-focused approach
