Customer Service Representative

Location: Adelaide, SA, AU

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to work on a rotating roster. This role works closely with the South Australian Operations team to provide customer service in the field, safety provisions, health checks and maintain carpark equipment across designated sites during your designated roster hours. The role serves as a field support conduit for Operations Supervisors, Area Operations Managers, Portfolio Managers and Senior Business Managers to ensure customer service, health checks and equipment servicing/integrity is performed when required.

Shift Schedule
Casual opportunities in Adelaide
Afternoon shifts: 12:00PM – 9:00PM
Overnight shifts: 9:00PM – 5:00AM

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year experience in car park operations or a similar technical role
Full work rights in Australia
Robust understanding of car park equipment and systems (hardware and software), with ability to carry out basic technical repairs
Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)




Experience in a customer service–focused environment
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines
Positive time management skills and ability to work independently
Ability to work effectively in a team workplace
Understanding of and commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS/OHS) procedures
Confident communicator, able to liaise with staff, clients, contractors and customers
Good local area knowledge
Excellent driving record

Candidates will be required to complete a national police check.
