Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee an assigned residential property portfolio
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
Coordinate and manage maintenance requests from start to completion
Conduct routine property inspections and provide feedback to landlords
Manage tenancy matters and ensure properties are well maintained
Ensure all properties and tenancy processes comply with relevant legislation and regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation




Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and other stakeholders
Identify and resolve issues promptly while providing a high level of customer service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
A current Agent's Representative Certificate
Previous experience in residential property management
Solid communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
Sound knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation and regulations
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Robust attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach
The ability to take ownership of your portfolio and deliver outstanding results
