Support the full lifecycle of employment relations

This is an exciting new prospect for a Employment Relations Advisor to provide high quality employment relations advice to stakeholders on performance, conduct, award compliance, legislative compliance, and employee lifecycle matters to support consistent and compliant business decisions.

A diverse role, this opportunity suits someone who enjoys both hands-on advisory work and the chance to contribute to proactive employment relations initiatives across a national, fast-moving business.

You will build strong relationships across the business, provide transparent guidance in time-sensitive situations and help strengthen Data#3’s employment relations capability.

About You
You will have at least five years’ experience in employment relations, HR advisory or employment law
Strong grounding in award interpretation, compliance and Australian employment and H&S; legislation
Experience supporting complex performance, conduct, consultation or employee relations matters
Confident communication style, with the ability to build trust quickly and guide leaders through difficult conversations




Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
Tertiary qualifications with majors in Industrial, Workplace or Employment Relations or Law.
