About you The ideal applicant will demonstrate capability in the following requirements: For this role, we will consider how well you demonstrate your:
Ability to listen to,



understand and accurately record or summarise large amounts of information derived from audio and/or video footage, and to evaluate the information obtained within policy, legislative and statutory requirements.
Ability to work under pressure either as an individual or as a team member to achieve quality results.
Excellent oral and interpersonal skills that demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Sound office administration skills.
Proven ability in maintaining confidentiality and exercising tact, discretion, initiative and sound judgement when dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information.
