We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced electrician or solar tradesperson ready to step into a leadership role and help manage and grow our installation team.

What you’ll do:
Lead and support a team of solar installers on residential and commercial projects
Set the standard for quality, safety and workmanship on every job
Assist with recruiting, onboarding and developing team members
Install, commission and maintain premium solar PV systems and battery storage solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues on renewable energy installations
Deliver high-quality, protected workmanship while upholding strict industry standards
Provide excellent technical advice and service to our customers
Help drive continuous improvement in processes,



performance and team culture

What we’re looking for:
A current Tasmanian Electrical Practitioner Licence
Solid experience in solar PV and/or battery installations (or robust electrical experience with a willingness to specialise)
Leadership potential and the desire to manage and develop a team
A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service
Reliability, problem-solving ability and a professional attitude

Remuneration:

Salary or subcontractor rates are highly negotiable based on your accreditations, experience and performance. Top performers can achieve very competitive earnings well into six figures with incentives.
