Electrician – Major Project | Oakey, QLD

Mack Industries is seeking a qualified and experienced Electrician to join our team for a large-scale project based in Oakey, Queensland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable tradesperson who takes pride in their work, follows safety procedures and can work effectively both independently and as part of a project team.

About the role

You will be responsible for electrical installation, maintenance and fault-finding work across the project. Duties may include:
Installing and testing electrical equipment, wiring and associated systems
Reading and interpreting plans, drawings and specifications
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs
Conducting inspections and ensuring all work meets Australian Standards
Working closely with supervisors, trades and subcontractors
Completing required documentation and job records
Maintaining a secure, clean and organised work area

What we’re looking for To be considered, you will need:




Current Queensland Electrical Work Licence
Construction White Card
Current CPR and Low Voltage Rescue certification
Relevant trade qualifications
Previous commercial, industrial or project-based electrical experience
Solid fault-finding and problem-solving skills
A solid understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
Reliable transport and a current driver’s licence
A dependable attitude and solid work ethic

Experience working on large construction or industrial projects will be highly regarded.
