OUR COMPANY The Gastevski Group is a family owned and operated company with several food, beverage and entertainment venues in the emerging northern suburbs and across the metropolitan and peel regional. Sandy Cove Tavern is seeking an experienced duty manager to join the team.

Working closely with the Venue Manager, you will be part of the development and implementation of new food and beverage strategies and concepts to ensure Sandy Cove Tavern is at the top of its game.

This is a casual management role with the future possibility of full time considered for the right people. Pay rates as per HIGA Award 2020.

YOUR PROFILE To be the successful candidate you will:
be passionate and driven about food and beverage;
have at least 3 years recent experience in bar and restaurant supervision positions;




strong attention to detail coupled with natural leadership abilities
have exceptional time management and communication skills;
have suitable availability including nights and weekends as the business demands;
enjoy the challenge of a rapid pace environment, be hands-on and customer focused;
Have a current Approved Managers card.
