About the Role:

We are currently seeking reliable and caring NDIS Support Workers to join our team. You will be supporting participants in their daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and respectful environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily living support (personal care, household tasks, meal preparation)
Assist participants with community access and social activities
Support participants in achieving their NDIS goals
Maintain accurate records and progress notes
Build strong,



respectful relationships with participants and their families

Requirements:
Experience in disability support or similar role (preferred but not essential)
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check
Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
First Aid & CPR certification
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
