Aspiring customer service officer needed for a busy team in Western Sydney!

Your current company is a well-known organisation in Western Sydney looking to employ an eager customer service officer on a 12-month maternity leave contract.

Your current role will include but will not be limited to:
Deliver personalised service to our close network of customers
Answer incoming calls, order entry and amendment processing
Respond to customer enquiries through multiple communication channels
Generating customer credit requests
Participate in technical and product training
Book and prepare transport documentation and maintenance of run sheets
Liaise with our warehouse managers to meet our customer requirements
Assist customers with quotations for product and freight requests




Actively participate in workplace safety initiatives

What you'll need to succeed Similar experience in a high-volume workplace servicing clients would be essential. Excellent written and phone mannerisms would be a must. SAP experience would be ideal.
