The role: You'll be the vital link between our clients, technicians,



and internal teams, the person who keeps every job moving from first call to final invoice.
Log and confirm service jobs via our Call Centre system
Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinators to get jobs allocated rapid
Confirm bookings, ETAs and follow up approvals, quotes and parts
Review quotes, proforma invoices and completed jobs before processing
Manage warranty job reviews and claims
Keep every stakeholder - internal and external, in the loop

What you bring:
A relevant tertiary qualification
Sharp written and verbal communication skills
A genuine feel for customer workflows and great service
Confidence with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relational databases
An eye for detail; you spot what's off and know how to fix it
The ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping the ball
A calm, solutions-first mindset under pressure
