Role Description This is a part-time Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) role in a hybrid work arrangement, based in Sydney, NSW, with some work-from-home flexibility.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and organize marketing and performance data from various digital channels and internal sources. Day-to-day tasks include performing basic data analysis, generating reports and dashboards, and supporting campaign measurement with explicit, actionable insights. The role involves working closely with marketing and account teams to explain findings, identify trends, and assist in optimizing digital campaigns.

The Data

Analyst will also help maintain data quality standards, document processes, and support the implementation of data-driven decision-making across projects.

Qualifications
Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify patterns and trends.
Foundational knowledge of data analytics and data modeling,



including working with spreadsheets and basic analytics tools.
Understanding of statistics concepts to support analysis, reporting, and performance measurement.
Effective communication skills to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn how data supports campaign performance and optimization.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Relevant coursework or a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience with basic data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Google Data Studio is a plus).
