Role Description This part time Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) role at Crown Jewel Marketing is a hybrid position based in Sydney, NSW, with the flexibility to work both onsite and from home. The role involves collecting and organizing marketing and business data, cleaning datasets, and performing basic data analysis to support decision-making.

The Data

Analyst will generate reports, visualizations, and dashboards that help the team understand campaign performance and customer behavior. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with data modeling, supporting statistics-based insights, and communicating findings to marketing and client-facing teams in a clear, accessible way. The role also includes collaborating with colleagues to refine marketing strategies based on data and continuously improving data processes and documentation.

Qualifications




Strong analytical skills and foundational experience in data analytics to interpret marketing and business data.
Knowledge of statistics and data modeling to support meaningful insights and forecasting.
Effective communication skills to present data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Basic proficiency with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or introductory experience with SQL, Python, or R) is beneficial.
Attention to detail, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn in a rapid-paced marketing setting.
Relevant coursework or a degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
