Rogers Resourcing is assisting a WA-based engineering and mining services company in Kalgoorlie-Boulder with a Workshop Manager role. The position is a relocation/residential opportunity, offering long-term, reliable work and a 2:1 roster for a seasoned boilermaker/fabrication skilled.
You will lead a trades team, read drawings, fabricate structural steel, plate and pipe to spec, and engage with clients in office and in the workshop. Experience in mine-site projects is advantageous.
