We’re growing the team at Stamford Capital – Analyst (Brisbane)

Stamford Capital is Australia’s largest independent commercial finance brokerage, having settled over $5 billion of capital in FY26 for our valued clients. With offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth, we are continuing to grow and are looking for an Analyst to join our Brisbane team.

You will be based in our Brisbane office, working across existing client relationships and new opportunities, while helping structure and execute complex commercial property finance transactions. This is a client-facing role offering autonomy, exposure across asset classes and capital stack segments, and the support of a highly experienced team.

The role will provide the successful candidate with broad experience across all commercial property asset classes and various segments of the capital stack. Stamford operates with a flat management structure within a vibrant, high-performing and diligent working environment.

What you’ll do:




Build financial models and prepare credit submissions
Manage transactions from origination through to settlement
Work closely with clients, lenders and industry participants
Contribute to a team-oriented, high-performing team

What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Property, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
Commercial acumen and confidence dealing with clients
A proactive mindset and ability to deliver outcomes
