About the role

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and motivated Construction Labourer to join our team on a casual basis, with the potential for ongoing full-time employment. Working alongside our experienced Specialist Applicators and Supervisors, you will assist with a range of construction remediation, maintenance and repair projects. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic and is committed to maintaining a safe, professional and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities
General construction and remediation labouring
Assisting Specialist Applicators with repair and remediation works
Site preparation, set-up and clean-up
Removing damaged or defective building materials
Loading, unloading and handling materials
Using hand and power tools
Assisting with demolition and strip-out works
Maintaining clean, organised and protected worksites
Following SWMS, site procedures and workplace safety requirements
Correctly using and caring for tools, equipment and PPE

About you
Reliable, punctual, proactive and hardworking
Physically fit and comfortable performing manual work
Safety-focused with a positive attitude
Willing to learn new skills and take direction




Able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Comfortable working across different sites, environments and locations
Skilled and respectful when working around clients, contractors and other trades
Construction White Card
Ability to complete and comply with required site inductions
Ability to work safely and follow workplace procedures
