The Role

Managing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 160 properties, you will have the chance to focus on delivering exceptional service and building robust relationships with landlords and tenants — without the workload and pressures often associated with traditional property management roles.

Importantly, you will be well supported across key areas of the portfolio, allowing you to concentrate on the responsibilities that require your expertise.

You will ideally bring:
Solid experience managing a residential property portfolio
Strong organisational and time-management skills

The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team
