Position:

We are currently seeking a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. This position can be either full time / part-time or Casual, depending on your availability and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
Managing a section of the kitchen during service
Assisting with stock control, ordering, and food safety compliance
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in your work area
Working collaboratively with the kitchen and FOH team
Report to Head Chef / Supervisor

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
Must have a Diploma and or Certificate IV qualification
Relevant culinary qualifications
Solid work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and during peak service times
Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
